Tree Of Fortune
Each plot with 48 Sandalwood Trees (Santalum album) which is one of the costliest wood in the world and Indian Santalum album is got a greater demand in the global market
As on today we see that Heartwood is priced at Rs.22,000 Per kg & Sapwood at Rs.3000 per kg , a 10-year-old tree will have around 6kg heart wood and 25kg sapwood,
But...
@ Svasti Farms we are focusing to have the trees fully grown till -15years to fetch 10kg heartwood
And..
45kg sapwood so that each tree should be worth aprox Rs 3.5 to 4 Lacs (considering today’s pricing) around 12 to 15yrs time
Additionally
Each plot owner will be able to earn an income of aprox. Rs 1.6 Cr during this time frame
These timber will be ready for harvest in 12 to 15 years around 2033 to 2035
